Attend a Tour of Casa de los Niņos


Obtain and complete a Volunteer Application Packet when you attend a tour.
 Application Packet includes: 
  • Application Form
  • Statement of Risk & Concern
  • Medical Form to be completed by a doctor, which includes:
  • Physical
  • TB skin Test
  • Record of MMR Vaccination
  • Applicant Questionnaire
  • Certification for Employment
  • Parental Consent Form
  • Commitment Statement
  • Reference Forms (3 must be turned in)
  • Photograph
  • Drug Screening

Background Check


If you are accepted as a volunteer, and you will have contact with the children, you will be required to submit to an F.B.I. Criminal History and Fingerprint background check. This requires a $46 fee paid by the volunteer, and must be completed prior to beginning your volunteer experience. You will receive all applicable information at your interview.


Attend a Volunteer Training

Attend a Volunteer Training, if accepted as a volunteer at your interview. Volunteer Trainings are offered monthly, the training is 12 hours over 3 days. Trainings must be completed in its entirety prior to volunteering.
