In order to become a staff member, you must complete the following:

  • Must be able to qualify for and maintain a valid Arizona Department of Public Safely Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Complete a pre-employment physical exam
  • Must pass a drug screening
  • Must provide proof of COVID immunization

NHSC Loan Repayment Program

Licensed primary care clinicians in eligible disciplines can receive loan repayment assistance through the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. In exchange for loan repayment, you must serve at least two years of service at an NHSC approved site.
