Small Group Dinosaur Program (Dina) with Circle of Security (COS)
The Small Group Dinosaur Child Program (DINA) is an evidence-based program for children with conduct problems, ADHD, or challenges with emotional expression. Delivered by counselors, it combines social-emotional learning with targeted support to help children manage emotions, build relationships and develop skills for resilience and positive growth.
Circle of Security (COS) is an evidence-based program that helps caregivers strengthen their relationship with children by understanding attachment needs. Through education and reflection, COS teaches caregivers to support both connection and independence, improving parenting skills, confidence and child well-being.
Circle of Security Parenting Program
Helps caregivers understand and respond to their child’s emotional needs, building lasting security for the child and confidence for the parent.
Parent/Caregiver Support Group
Brings together parents and caregivers to share experiences, build skills, and create a supportive community in an open, welcoming setting.
Groups for children & teens
Trauma Informed Care Seminar
Helps caregivers understand trauma and learn practical strategies to apply Trauma Informed Care at home and with their families.
Regulating Rangers
Helps children in grades 3-5 understand emotions and build coping, communication and healthy peer skills.
Mood Masters
Helps children in grades K-2 identify feelings, express emotions positively and build social and problem-solving skills.
Growth Spurts
Helps children in grades 6-8 build healthy habits, skills and relationships while fostering confidence and self-expression.
