Internship program

Casa de los Niños is proud to offer valuable internship opportunities for graduate-level students who are passionate about community mental health and clinical practice. We provide a supportive environment where interns gain direct, hands-on experience with real clients, all under the guidance of our Independently Licensed Practitioners.

Who is eligible?

We encourage students interested in focusing their practice on children, adolescents and parents to apply. We are looking for motivated Master’s level graduate students from clinical programs (e.g., MC, MCMHC, MSW, MCP, MPH, etc.) who meet the following criteria:

Commitment

General Behavioral Health

Foundation level or first-year graduate students.

Minimum of 16hrs per week for at least two semesters and CDLN as their sole internship site.

Clinical Placement

Practicum/Internship level and final year graduate students.

Minimum of 16hrs per week for at least two semesters and CDLN as their sole internship site.
