Cathleen Phelan, LCSW, IMH-E(R), PMH-C

Clinical Supervisor

I am an independently licensed therapist, clinical supervisor and infant mental health clinical mentor with over fifteen years of experience working in infant and early childhood mental health.

I use an attachment-based, strength-based, and trauma-informed approach to assess, intervene and support child-caregiver relationships to repair the impact of early trauma, abuse, neglect and unmet needs and build strong foundations for family wellbeing, drawing on my training in Circle of Security Parenting, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Play Therapy, and EMDR.
