am a Child and Family Therapist specializing in the teen and adult client base through primarily CBT, DBT, and MI modalities. I earned my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been in practice for the past 3 years with an LAC while currently working on earning an LPC. I serve as lead facilitator for the Trauma Informed Caregiver Seminar to help foster healthier parenting strategies from a trauma informed approach.
